Welcome to Prime Parcel Ventures LLC.Â
 It’s a Family Affair!
My name is Gary Morrison, and my wife’s name is Cheryl Morrison. We are the owners of Prime Parcel Ventures LLC, and we are excited to be here!
Â
We owned a small construction company for many years, retired and then missed entrepreneurship…so, here we are, again!
Why are we doing this? That is a reasonable question. We have a few reasons. This is a prioritized list. Starting with the most important reason first.
Helping People. The main reason we picked this opportunity is because it gives us a chance to help people. We help sellers by helping them sell their unwanted properties or simply to get away from the tax collectors. Normally a real estate agent would never be interested in helping people to sell their vacant lot for one simple reason…. The price of their vacant lot is too low. If they sold a $6,000 empty lot, their typical 6% commission would only land them a paycheck of $360 for all their work.  They would rather sell a developed lot with even a modest home on it for $100,000 (do they still exist?). Then they would get a $6,000 paycheck. We fill that gap.
Â
And, we love to find people who have dreams of owning a vacant lot and building on that dream. Whether it is for off-grid living, recreation, or homesteading, a weekend getaway, or a lifelong home. We can help.

Our Daughter. Her name is Julie Desmond. Julie has spent about 30 years as a hair colorist, hair stylist and instructor. A couple of years ago, she took a break from the hair industry and worked for about 2 years caring for elderly people in their own homes.  She loved that work, but alas, her back gave out and she was no longer able to lift patients or supplies. So, she went back to work as a hair stylist, but it is very hard on her back, and she is looking for some relief.
Our goal is to get her trained so she can take over this business when we are no longer able. So, she is our highly trusted employee, for now. She will probably become our Virtual Assistant, the Sales Manager, Acquisition Manager, and then finally, the Owner! That is our wish.
She is very excited to be doing this and is highly motivated. If you reach her by phone, she is extremely easy to talk to and will work just as hard for you as Cheryl and I would. I guarantee it!

Financial. We all need to make money. Financial reasons are always helpful, but as you can see, it is number 3 on our prioritized list. Important, but not as important as helping folks buy and sell their dreams. And, not as important as Julie. Â
